Blue Shield members are eligible to save 30% to 60%  on hearing aid products in collaboration with EPIC Hearing Healthcare. Through EPIC, Blue Shield members get discounts on a range of brand-name hearing aids and professional services.

Choose the right hearing aid for your needs. 

To get started, call EPIC Hearing Healthcare at (866) 956-5400 (TTY:711), 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also visit EPIC online at https://epichearing.com/.

 

How it works:

  1. Contact EPIC Hearing Healthcare to be connected with a hearing counselor.
  2. The counselor can coordinate your referral to a nearby participating provider.
  3. If the provider recommends hearing aids for you, an EPIC counselor will contact you to coordinate your coverage and payment. You will receive a 45-day trial period with a complimentary, extended 3-year product warranty and a 1-year supply of batteries.


You can choose from more than 2,000 name-brand hearing aid options. Your hearing provider will help you find the solution that best suits your needs.
