The Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE) is a volunteer group of professionals from the health care industry that collaborate to standardize regulatory policies and procedures, which govern healthcare services between health plans and their provider partners. Blue Shield of California is an active participant in HICE, and using HICE-developed documents, templates, and tools will help ensure you satisfy Blue Shield's reporting requirements.
